Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During festivals, sales, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time. Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products, orders, locations, or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Packaging & Product Safety

CRAFT QUEST products, including photo frames, wall décor, spiritual décor, and other decorative products, are carefully packed to reduce the possibility of damage during transportation.

We recommend checking the package and product as soon as possible after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact CRAFT QUEST as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us verify the issue, customers may be required to provide:

• Clear photographs of the received product

• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging

• Shipping label

• Order details

• An unboxing video, where applicable

After verification, an appropriate resolution may be provided according to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, mobile number, and other required delivery information.

CRAFT QUEST will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make one or more attempts to deliver an order. Customers are requested to remain available at the provided contact number and cooperate with the courier partner.
